Lets are for a full week with Sunday changeovers.

CENTRAL HEATING is included from 6.30am to 9.30 am and from 4.30pm to 10.30pm. If heating is required during the main part of the day there is a charge of £7.50 per day.

Condition of Hire:

CHANGEOVER DAY: Sunday.

PERIOD OF LET: Due to COVID19 cleaning protocols we have had to increase the time for changeovers.  Please arrive after 6 pm on day of occupancy. The house must be vacated by 8 am on the day of departure.

TENANCY: The numbers of persons occupying the house must not exceed the number for which the accommodation has been set (5) unless by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any over the advertised number. The Letting is for holiday purposes only.

INSURANCE: Holiday makers are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the losses of or damage to personal effects, cancellation expenses in the case of illness, disruption to ferries or other travel arrangements.  The Owners insure their own property against fire etc. They will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to holiday makers’ property.

INITIAL PAYMENT: Non-returnable deposit of 30º/o of total rent per week booked required. Payment by BACS to  Mrs C. E. Fleming, sort code 80-05-84 account 00347143 or cheque sent to Achavoulin, Blackwaterfoot, Isle of Arran KA27 8EX. 

BALANCE OF RENT: Payable twelve weeks prior to the beginning of the tenancy.

CANCELLATION: Must be made in writing. If the balance has been paid then it will only be refunded should we be able to re-let in the time available.

DOGS: by separate arrangement
